Can you modify the Y-axis on the TopBottomShader in a line chart?

Can I achieve something like the image below?
I'm interested in adding DynamicShader to markers and datalabels, or adding functions to access current values.
Is this possible??
saw a similar Discussions but it's too difficult for me to apply.
