Recieving back unexpected results from Testcase assertRedirect

Expectation:
target_status_code=200
Actual Result
target_status_code=301

301 is Permanent Redirect.

SOLVED:
This was down to bad urls in the volunteer_fsf_project/urls.py file.
Missing '/' at the end of the url.
