Import a "success" notification

The idea is that the simplest version of this build system will ONLY produce a working build and not also provide things like application layout/structure with routing and all those features. Instead, the only proof that things are up and running should be a single SUCCESS notification in the middle of the screen upon launching the app.

From there, users can take the app in any direction they choose.
