Replace `schedule` field with more general `trigger` object #81

We want to support a few types of node triggers:

scheduled node (cron tab)
manual trigger (node does not run unless manually triggered)
reactive (run automatically when upstream updates, the default)

I think we're just solving this w special values for the schedule field?
