'sokay if you don't want to bother, but "passphrase" is a better term, and I'd like to see it adopted more widely.

I will be doing some work on hashdb in the next few days, and I can have a look at doing something about this - perhaps by making the whole thing more customisable.

As suggested in my last comment, I have gone for making the whole form customisable - partly because it seems better to be general, and partly because in my own work the default form is not great and I want more control over it.

I have just released this as yesod-auth-hashdb-1.3.2 on hackage. Please see the new function authHashDBWithForm and the example in the documentation at the top of the module.
