r6 issues on qemu

I built mips64r6 and tested it on a newer qemu, with a release toolchain, as described up updated wiki page: https://github.com/paul99/v8m-rb/wiki/Running-tests-with-qemu-user-mode-for-R6

I get many more cutest fail than what is now failing on the RTRK bot:

Probably many of the diffs are just that I used 4.2 branch. Perhaps we should consider back porting some fixes?

this one got stale from lack of attention :-(

There are not near so many r6 failures now, and the current ones are documented in #167
