Changing time and date

It's a very good plug-in, thanks for the work!

I managed to translate "today" and "tomorrow" in French. But it doesn't work for the date and day. The months and days are still in English dispite the foodtruck_replace_text. Is it possible to modify it manually?

Is it also possible to change the color of the police of tomorrow and today in the widget because my background is black and I don't see the words...
