Invisible Window with #1

When calling the NotificationManager.Notify function an insible window appears (see screenshot).
When i close this window and show another notification i get this exception:

System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot set Visibility or call Show, ShowDialog, or WindowInteropHelper.EnsureHandle after a Window has closed
