Overhaul of the system so it now gets info scraping nitter not twitter.
As such the account info returned has slightly changed, and the option to get account by ID has been removed.
Reworking system after twitter stopped returning useful data. Package now scrapes content via Nitter and returns a differently structured AccountInfo object.
