Currently if the Theme see's <a> it'll just style it so that it works nicely within a <p> i was only considering links being used as part of paragraph text that would link out somewhere.
Having just written a post where using headings as a # anchor would be useful i need to investigate how to ensure <a> tags inherit the correct styling depending on how they are used.
