Create single microservice with data access through a REST API. The REST API should receive and store data in DynamoDB.
To set up the customer facing API, use APIGateway to route the requests to the necessary service.
On the frontend dispatch an action when the user presses submit.

Optional:

Add authentication to the REST API in the form of a Cognito Authorizer
