Autocomplete does not match results when words have accents.
For example, the word "México" can not be selected when typing "Me".
Is there a workaround for this?

jQuery has a fix for this: https://jqueryui.com/autocomplete/#folding
Can EasyAutocomplete do something similar?

I just ran into this as well. We have a lot of accented options in our list, so this might push me to look at the jQuery UI widget instead.
