Collection access.readVersions set to false does not hide versions tab, nor prevent unnecessary api request

When you have access denied/false resolution for Collection access.readVersions, the Versions tab at the top is still visible. Would prefer it to be in a disabled state, or even better, just removed, to give less context to the user, for security reasons.

I also noticed that it still makes a request to retrieve versions while on the regular document view page, resulting in a massive Forbidden error block in the terminal.
