Internal Service Error in Sandbox

Problem reported in #359 continues.

Sandbox
After login with sanbox buyer and authentication, error occurs while "Processing"

Just upgraded to 2.15.0 with same result.

Is there any information on the continued unavailability of payment operations in Sandbox?
I am surprised that such an important resource for developers of a major platform can be offline for so long. Really hope the problem is on my side.

This has worked this morning (GMT +1) a few times but is back to returning errors

@bldmadrid There was a deployment to fix the underlying issue a short while ago. PayPal is continuing to monitor the services for this failure but if you have another issue, please leave a comment to ensure it is the same issue.
