Unauthorized device

When i am pressing buy now button.. it prompting checking device and then throwing error
Unauthorized device.. payments from this device are not allowed
this is occurring sometime only when i restart application it is working fine.
but my many users complain this error

you have surely not set the right client id

as i told u it is happening sometime ..... otherwise it is working fine..
i set correct client_id .
and many users complains the same..

Please update to the latest 2.0 SDK. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please don't hesitate to reopen it.
