Add hooks for Activity to support minting consumables and artifacts:

  1. Add Activity hook to support minting consumables after activity execution before increasing allowance
  2. Add Activity hook to support minting artifacts after activity execution before increasing allowance
  3. Add Activity hook that burns consumables after consumption before activity execution
