KAJA released PMD driver version 4.8r (with a few new features) on his own website (assembly source code included in driver package): http://www5.airnet.ne.jp/kajapon/tool.html
Consequently, C60 released PMDWin.dll version 0.37 (incorporating PMD 4.8r's new features and better emulation of SSG-EG) and its source code as two separate packages on his website: http://c60.la.coocan.jp/download.html

I do not know if you still actively maintain this fork of PMDWin, or if pmdwinbuild (by @takamichih) superceded it (along with at least two bugfixes for 0.36: one pertaining SSG drum "@ 64" –which someone fixed via a BPS patch– and one pertaining noise generated at high FM frequencies when FMCalc55k option is enabled –raised by @pedipanol two months ago to takamichih, who eventually fixed it–). I do know –by word of @TakuikaNinja– that this new PMDWin 0.37 still inherits the two bugs above that affected vanilla PMDWin 0.36; TakuikaNinja alerted takamichih about the need to reissue a patch for PMDWin 0.37 to cover those two bugs.
