Since the very beginning (Changeset 3769) and continuing to this day, the exporter has included a namespace declaration for http://wellformedweb.org/CommentAPI/, e.g.

<rss xmlns:wfw="http://wellformedweb.org/CommentAPI/">
    ...
</rss>

But the exporter has never output any elements in that namespace.

Does anyone know why?
