Implement searching and filtering of posts

We want to be able to search for a specific post on the Blog page or filter down by category. Exact categories TBD, but will likely include: binary, cryptography, network, osint, pwn, rev, web, miscellaneous

This is actually a bit tricky in Jekyll. I think we'll leave this as a later feature but I'll link some resources I was reviewing.
