As a user of masonry, the plethora of fields is daunting, so some components should only have the minimal required field.

https://github.com/pburkholder/freedonia-compliance/blob/master/AU_policy/component.yaml is pretty close to the least I can do. I don't think more is gained at this point by trying to make it any simpler. Note that this will move to freedonia-policies
