Thx for your contribution @ahmedali8 but I don't consider upgrading the Yarn version a value-add. First, most people use the classic stable version v1.22.18, second I really don't like Yarn 2+ since it breaks most packages if not configured well. You're free to use this template and upgrade accordingly, but since I try to target the "average" user I will close this PR.
