What help is wanted? What is the goal of this issue?

Previously, Jsi used the bug system builtin to fossil, and this just maintains links back to it. I'll removed help-wanted.

Are you going to enable the Github discussions feature? (as a replacement for the old forum) Or do you wish to keep the noise down and stick to issues? I have a lot of questions and many will be quite stupid (in a nice way, due to ignorance), so they're not 'issues'. I don't want to use up all the oxygen in the room however and will keep my queries to minimum if the desired culture here has a different aim.
