CASSANDRA-7649 exposed an issue with CCM: when a node which was running without virtual tokens is restarted, it switches to virtual tokens. The node now refuses to restart, which makes our tests fail. The CCM issue will be fixed by riptano/ccm#140. In the meantime, this commit fixes the issue manually.

+1 for this, the Java driver tests are running into this with Cassandra 2.1.0-rc5 (in the meantime, I've used a workaround). |

ccm was running into CASSANDRA-7411 and CASSANDRA-7649 (more importantly). See Issue #91 for more details.
