[question] whether Toc modifications is allowed

Hi! I was the newbie in using the pdf-rs and I was trying to edit my pdf Toc.
My pdfs are scanned documents and there are some wrong Toc on it. So I was trying hard to fix it.
I was trying to use zulip and join in succesfully but was bothered where to ask a question.

It should be possible. There is an example that modifies a file.
You can ask in the #pdf stream.
