Duplicate option when run pdm init.

• I have searched the issue tracker and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Make sure you run commands with -v flag before pasting the output.

Steps to reproduce

Run pdm init

Actual behavior

Expected behavior

I expect that the option 3. is not listed since it's the same as option 0.

Environment Information

OS: macOS 11.6.2
installed via brew install pdm
terminal: Alacritty
and I'm using zsh instead of bash
