Add the ability to give pipeline stages labels and access them by labels (both single labels and lists of labels).

For example:

pipeline = pdp.PdPipeline([
    pdp.ColDropI(columns='age', label='dropAge'),
    pdp.Bin({'speed': [0,5,8]}, label='binSpeed'),
    pdp.OneHotEncode('state', label='dummyState'),
])
pstage = pipeline['binSpeed']
sub_pipeline = pipeline[['dropAge', 'dummyState']]
