TS264 (N5095) Tone Mapping not possible due to OpenCL?

Hey guys. I have an issue with my jellyfin installation on thw QNAP TS-264. First, it runs pretty good with only one (major?) issue. I have several HDR10 files and want to watch them on my LG TV. When all formats are matching, the files get streamed right through and everything works fine. An other TV (older one, only 1080p) has by nature to get transcoded files. It works but it looks ugly. The colors are dull and kinda washed out. Therefore I should use Tone Mapping.
BUT: When I activate tone mapping (regular or VPP) I alwas get there error message: 'Playback Error: This client isn't compatible with the media and the server isn't sending a compatible media format'... I did my homework and found an answer in the jellyfin forum. There one guy digged into this problem (https://forum.jellyfin.org/t-tone-mapping-not-working-on-compatible-hardware) and mentionted, that this is caused, because the pdulvp jellyfin does not contain Intel OpenCL runtime. It's needed for both kinds of tone mapping. So my question: Is it possible to include this?
Another question: How do all the other users handle this issue? I cannot image that I'm the only one user who has to transcode HDR10 files to 1080p?
