Finalize plan and Wiki

Figure out an actual import plan:

• Which of us are going to start and work on the import (small sections at a time)
• How additional volunteers contact us to get instructions and data ("How to help" section)
• Prepare final instructions/rules/training for people who are going to do the import -- breaking out into Prepare contributor instructions for Phase 1 #19
• Use the tasking manager or some kind of maproulette interface? Split for initial (still need to figure out details of that), OSMLY for later complex work. -- breaking out into Finalize instructions etc for contributors for Phase 2 #20
• Are we going to create a special account? Yes, regular account name + _pdxbuildings

Finalize wiki page (http://wiki.osm.org/wiki/Portland,_OR_Bldg_import). Here’s a link to the Seattle import page for reference: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Seattle_Import.

• Include data license
• Include dataset sample download link (TODO: fill in on wiki)
• Include import plan (Draft included in wiki, but need to finalize)
• Include maintenance plan (TODO: add details and finalize)
• Include information on how to contact organizers to help with the import (DONE, please feel free to add yourself if you are involved in the project and not listed)
• Include general contributor rules, namely speed of import (TO GET from imports commitee/DWG)
• Make sure tag mappings are up to date before submission
  etc.
