ING-DIBA account cannot be accessed since July 2018.
error code:
<20:50:51.068> fetching BPD failed: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

<20:51:06.372> can not create HBCI handle

<20:51:06.373> can not register user

<20:51:06.373> error while fetching new sysid from institute

<20:51:06.374> error while fetching new sysid from institute

What can I change to get HBCI access back again?

Got the message from the bank TLS 1.1 needs to be supported.
My os is macOS Sierra 10.13.5
