Buy clothing store and tatto shop not comming up

I'm reinstalling my server and when I setup fivem-appearance I'm able to load saved outfits, but if I try to buy clothing, it just goes to the camera position but the menu does not come up and now I'm stuck, the only error I see is this, any idea how to fix it? I appreciate the help.
