Very slow scroll on some pages on Safari browser (OSX)

Very, very slow scroll on pages with code highlights like this
https://www.docz.site/documentation/components-api

in Safari browser, MAC OSX.

Every time code highlight come into a window, page almost stops moving.

Safari Version 11.0.2 (13604.4.7.1.3)/ OSX 10.13.2
(10+ people told me that docs here https://istarkov.github.io/rifm/docs-readme is very slow, I checked that same behaviour exists on original docz.site)
