I want to include docz in my toolkit which will encapsulate all the configuration for the tool. I'd like it if I could specify a --config flag to point to where the configuration file is so folks using my toolkit can simply run "paypal-scripts docs dev" and the configuration will be taken care of for them behind the scenes.
