Describe the bug

Hello Video send not working (local and fromUrl). But send image is working.
I have tried send video as document. Sent successfully.

Expected behavior

Send Video

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

use sendMessage method with message and media (local and remotUrl) .mp4 format
