Chromium goes Aw Snap after a while #113

I'm on chromium Version 57.0.2987.98 Built on 8.7, running on Debian 8.9 (64-bit).
I get Aw, Snap after a while. Seems to happen when I've switched to another tab and someone edits the text. Refreshing fixes things.

👍 same here with Chrome on OSX 10.12.16
Chrome version: 62.0.3202.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Probably something with long-running WebRTC connections.
I think this would improve if we were to manage connections according to user usefulness...

@pgte a quick solution short term is to use websocket-star so that users don't have to experience this. Nevertheless, yes, we need the ConnMngr
