Make peerjs-server an universal web server for general HTTP, Web Sockets and WebRTC

restify provides general HTTP handling APIs, such as get/post etc, with which developers can have a universal web server for general HTTP, Web Sockets and WebRTC. It's even better if you can integrate peerjs-server with express.js.

Hi there, I'm not sure I understand what this means, but feel free to make a pull request. peerjs-server uses Restify currently--we actually switched over from Express.
