In some cases the osm record is incorrectly tagged with the address data in the name field instead of in addr:housenumber & addr:street.

An example is this:

http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/232045378

The record above should ideally be in the osmaddress layer.

If we can upstream these fixes back to the openstreetmap database we should.
