Half of this was posted as an Issue on BitBucket: https://bitbucket.org/pellepim/jstimezonedetect/issues/177/asia-calcutta-this-is-wrong

The spellings of Kolkata and Kathmandu are Anglicized. I haven't checked others, but these were next to each other.

These names are required to be interpreted correctly by PHP:

I just received this error in PHP, while using this library:

Attempting to set timezone for user 159144 to Asia/Calcutta, but that does not appear to be a valid timezone id; aborting.
