I cant cut down music, when I say that I mean lets say there is a song that covers the entire animation but I want the music to stop at a frame.

@infinityglitches Hi, this is a feature request that the developers are already aware of. But since Pencil2D is not an audio editing or video editing tool at it's core, it will take time to implement that.
Right now, I'm afraid you have to cut the song in a third party program before importing it in Pencil2D. I suggest the free and open source tool audacity for audio editing https://www.audacityteam.org/download/
