uni_form_tags requirement in uniform example

This library still seems to be referenced in the uniform template example (login.html for example). This causes the suggestion in the settings.py (to use this and adapt) to fail. There was a bug from 3 years ago that was closed by including this in requirements.txt but it appears to have been removed.

allauth is not dependent on uniform. The example app comes with templates in various flavors, one of which is uniform. That is intentional.
