Running gir -o . returns:

[WARN  libgir::parser] <boxed name=Some("TreeRowData")>

Fix the warning and the workaround in the CI to ignore one error

I created a ticket at the gir repo because I don't know what causes the warning: gtk-rs/gir#1456

The warning should be gone now as of gtk-rs/gir#1460
