Description of the feature request:

Could you implement a system of url pattern with a choice between a white
and black list and with a specific format (Jokers or regexp).
FoxyProxy (on Firefox) has this feature and it's really convenient.
In fact, I need to use a proxy for just 2 or 3 type of URL, but when the
proxy is enable, i can't access to others url.

Thanks in advance!

They would be nice features to implement, but unfortunately Chrome has some
limitations
which prevents implementing such features..
