Doggy Talents Version: [2.5.10]
Java Version: [17.0.1 64 bit]
Operating System (OS): [Windows 11 64-bit]

Issue Description:

Do not require JEI 10.
JEI 9 is what a lot of people still use.
JEI 10 is not that stable yet and has rendered me several errors upon using it.
