After awhile, minisatip does not give the signal state.

The signal related ioctls are not executed:

ioctl(10, 0x80046f45, 0x7bb8a964)       = 0
ioctl(10, 0x80046f46, 0x7bb8a968)       = 0
ioctl(10, 0x80026f47, 0x7bb8a95c)       = 0
ioctl(10, 0x80026f48, 0x7bb8a960)       = 0

if this is happen with unicable then this could be related catalinii/minisatip#660 (comment)
