Remove polling interval from the raw_data row keys #35

Currently changing the polling interval for an OIDset means losing access to all of the historical data. The raw data is really just points in time so a interval doesn't mean much. The interval length only starts to make sense with the aggregate functions (rate over an interval, etc.)
