Allow csv generation from the MA

Describe the enhancement:

1. Ability to generate csv's of test results from the maddash graph pages, or possibly through a ui to specify date range, endpoints, etc.

Assign the task to the 'owner'. Please use labels and text to provide
additional information.

I'm just looking for a way to get a simple set of data from the frontend of the ui that can be imported in spreadsheets and other mediums for display. The ability to do a single set of testpoints as well as multiple would be useful, as well.
