0.0.gist returns "0" instead of "0.0" but 0.0.perl works as expected #113

.perl behaves correctly and a lot of code relies on the current behaviour so it is an open issue
to decide if the change should be adopted in a future version of the language.
My original grief concerned nqp and is irrelevant here.
After discussion I think the change is not worth the trouble.
