Pass through fixture information to the EARL formatter

EARL is designed to encode a rich relationship between the test formulation and the results. By default, there is little of this in the output from the tests, but since we already have the test formulation in RDF, it is also a good opportunity to link these data. Some data should therefore pass through the test framework, so that these links can be made.
