Test for Elan corpus construction

Would be good to have a small integration test for constructing a corpus from an Elan file for coverage reasons, see #177

Not having tests for ELAN construction will highly likely turn into a blocker.

Is a set of Elan files with accompanying WAV signals what is required here?

@alexis-michaud thanks to your earlier assistance I have some Elan files that will allow me to manually test which is much better than nothing but the blocker is that we don't have any Elan tests as part of our automated quality assurance pipeline. These automated test files are simplified toy files and not so much the real deal, its this lack of tests will become a blocker.
