Command line don't start downloading

System Details:

• Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04
• Persepolis Version: 3.2.0
• How do you install Persepolis? Repositories

I have a big monitor (42 inches)
It's not important for me that UI is very large and unusable
But when I want to use Persepolis with the command line I try this:
persepolis --link "http://..."
But it opens the "Enter your link" page:

And don't start downloading :(
I need full command line support.
