Context
In this repository, the functionality of Perun channels is demonstrated. Most example demos have been developed when go-perun was at version 0.8.0. Most demos are not yet compatible with the current go-perun version, 0.10.6.

Goal
We want to test, review and, if necessary, update the code of the example demos to ensure compatibility with go-perun 0.10.6

Above fields are checked if the corresponding demo works with 0.10.6.

The recent commit makes the payment-channel demo compatible to go-perun 0.10.6. The changes need to be reviewed.
